Privacy Policy

01What we collect
Account details (name, email, company, LinkedIn), listing information sellers provide, messages and offers exchanged on the platform, NDA signatures (with time and IP address), and basic usage data such as pages viewed.
02Connected accounts
When a seller connects an email platform or Stripe, we use read-only access to pull aggregate metrics like subscriber counts, open rates and revenue. We do not download or store individual subscriber email addresses through these connections. API keys are stored server-side and never shown in the browser.
03How we use it
To run the marketplace: show listings, verify metrics, match buyers with listings, deliver messages and notifications, process payments, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data.
04Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate (hosting, database, payments through Stripe, email through Resend), and the counterparties you choose to engage, such as the seller whose NDA you sign.
05Your choices
You can update your profile, adjust notifications, export your data, or delete your account at any time. Contact us for anything you can't do from your settings.
