List real numbers. Disclose anything a reasonable buyer would want to know, such as purchased subscribers, a lost major sponsor or a platform dispute. Buyers: make offers you intend to honor.

Reply to messages within a day, even if it's to say no. Response times are public, and unanswered messages get a reminder after 24 hours.

What you see under an NDA stays under the NDA. Don't contact a seller's sponsors or readers.

Use escrow for every purchase payment. Never ask a counterparty to wire money directly, and report anyone who does.

No harassment, discrimination or pressure tactics. We remove members who make the marketplace worse for everyone.
