About
The people who built it should keep it.
Sold Newsletter exists because selling a newsletter shouldn't cost a tenth of what you built.
01Why we started
Newsletter founders spend years earning every subscriber. When it's time to sell, a broker typically takes 10–15% of the price for making introductions. We think the introductions are the easy part, and software can do them better: verified numbers, clear offers, and a shared place to close.
02How we make money
Flat fees, published openly. Sellers pay once per listing. Buyers pay a monthly membership. We never take a percentage of a sale, and we never hold deal money. That keeps our incentives simple: we do well when the marketplace is useful, not when prices are high.
